• Free trials are limited to one per account. Unless canceled before the trial period ends, billing will automatically recur based on the chosen cycle.
• Subscriptions renew automatically on each billing cycle date and are charged to your default payment method in advance.
• When canceled, existing tier benefits remain active until the end of the period, after which it automatically downgrades to Free without additional charges.
• Upon downgrading to Free, if your synced folders exceed the 3-folder limit, additional folders will be locked from search (your files remain intact).
• Within 7 days of initial purchase without utilizing paid-tier exclusive features (such as Large AI model queries), a full refund is applicable.
• If the service has been utilized or 7 days have passed, partial refunds for the current cycle are not provided, and recurring charges will cease from the subsequent period.
• Exceeding the maximum allowed active device slots (Max 3 devices, Free/Pro 1 device) may cause previous devices to be logged out automatically.
• Even if the internet connection is temporarily disconnected, local caching allows standard indexing and searching to continue uninterrupted.
